Issues are things we notice which may require some action.
There are lots of issues and there are lots of ways to frame and organize issues.
Some risk and issues frameworks use categories like – Urgency and Importance.
There continues to development of issues frame to help organize human activity in a more effective manner and we are spending much more time as a group trying to ensure we make the right choices.
There are still the issues of bias, ignorance, dogma, corruption, malevolence and mental illness which can affect some human decision makers.
